1. My weight in summer 2004 was 110 kilos (242 lb). After giving birth to my son, I gained some more weight. Plus 10 kilos (22 lb)! I left no stone unturned! Popular diets, exhausting exercises in the gym or at home, even doctors’ advices. As a result, my stomach was sick because of starvation diets, I was disappointed in ineffective exercises and didn’t believe in medicine any more. Therefore, after a year I decided to change my life completely.
